Soybeans are a great source of antioxidants, fiber, and protein. A study at Journal of the American College of Nutrition found that soy when consumed as a meal replacement helps loose weight faster.

Apples contain quercetin, a compound shown to help fight certain cancers, reduce cholesterol damage, and promote healthy lungs.
Berries are high in antioxidants. ”Antioxidants help improve blood flow, which can help muscles contract more efficiently," says Dr. Katz. Berries are also loaded with fiber.The more fiber you eat the fewer calories you absorb from junk food.
6. Leafy Greens
One cup of spinach contains only about 40 calories, while a cup of broccoli has 55 calories and fills about 20 percent of your day's fiber requirement. They are also a good source of calcium.
Eating yogurt can cure bloating and constipation, which keeps your tummy flat. According to a recent study published in the International Journal of Obesity, people who get their calcium from yogurt rather than any other sources may lose more weight around their midsection than others.
The bacteria present in yogurt is probiotic and it helps keep your digestive system healthy.

"Plus, it's a simple way to get your vegetables," says Susan Kleiner, PhD, RD, author of Power Eating (Human Kinetics, 2001). People who ate soup maintained weight better over years when compared to those who didnt.
