How Yoga & Meditation transformed my life!

For many years, Yoga and I had a very on-again, off-again relationship. I used to practice Yoga during my graduation days and after marriage during my pregnancy but never allowed myself the opportunity to truly commit to a physical and spiritual practice — the most convenient reason - I was very busy, after all.

After a few semesters of over-eating, over-thinking, and over-shopping, I felt disconnected from my body and knew it was time to get serious about my health. When one fine day I met my would be Yoga guide in a foodmart; She is now my Yoga and spiritual guru.

A big coincidence I would say; I was desperately searching for a teacher/a guru and God destined it this way.

It's been a few months since I joined and here are few changes that I am noticing in myself :
1. Changing the body- more toned, flexible and strong
2. Learning to stop reacting
3. Less judgemental about situations and people than before
4. More calm and compose
5. More loving and giving

Thank you my Guide for the confidance that you have in me, can’t wait to see what the universe has in store for me :)
